ADR Advocacy

ADR Advocacy requires a different set of skills than litigation.  ADR advocates must thoroughly prepare themselves and their clients for mediation by considering their client's interests, needs, risks, short-term and long-term goals and conflict competence. Sally can provide ADR advocacy to clients or serve as an ADR advisor to lead counsel and the client.
